What Is Psoriasis?
Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune skin disease that speeds up to the growth cycle of skin cells, meaning that part of body’s own immune system become overactive and attacks normal tissues in the body. Due this hyperactivity the skin layers before shedding overlaps and forms multiple layers on one other. Skin disorder has to done a lot with pH balance of our body. The food intake and our lifestyle play a very crucial role in condition of all skin disorders.
I was suffering from Psoriasis for past 28 years and tried all type of treatment and therapies with very little and temporary relief. Every climatic change and intake of food habits worsened the condition of my skin. During the 3rd quarter of 2019, after doing lot of research and yoga training realized that food that we eat has the ability to heal and cure our skin disorder. Started following the strict diet regime and in a span of 5 months healed 90% of my psoriasis. I shared my diet regime with some known family friends suffering from Eczema, Dandruff and Athlete’s foot and surprisingly miraculous results were produced healing their body.
