KRITA SANKALP – formed by a group of highly professional and determined individuals who brought miraculous changes in their lives and decided to spread this message of well-being and happiness around the world.
Founded by Mini Alphonsa and Santhosh K Nair, with an objective to bring qualitative change and progress in individuals, SMEs and organizations.
Mini Alphonsa
A self-determined individual, Actress- Cine & Stage, Entrepreneur, Health & Beauty Advisor, Cook and an inspiring personality who proved that quality of life is changed only with KRITA SANKALP – Self Determination.
An academician with Masters in Economics and B.Ed, she started teaching in college, later moved into Channel Management, Customer relationship management and Sales Management. Established her own Food Distribution business and Cinema Script writing company. She brings rich teaching and work experience of multi-national companies. Worked with Choithrams, W.J.Towell , FALCO and others. Had dealt with world renowned clients like Emirates Airlines, Dubai Duty Free, Lulu, Carrefour, Spinneys and many others. With her tremendous experience, inter personal and communication skills .she not only transformed her life but influenced people around her too. Therefore, she decided to impart her valuable learning and spread this knowledge to everyone who believes that life can be changed, if determined.
Being passionate to bring qualitative changes in life, took a step forward and formed KRITA SANKALP.
Santhosh Kumar Nair (AKA SAM NAIR)
Santhosh(SAM) is an Author, Management Trainer, Public speaker, Motivational Master, a certified International NLP Coach from Mind Bridge- USA and a certified Yoga Teacher – International Yoga Alliance.
Santhosh has handled diverse portfolio successfully in Channel Management, Sales & Marketing Management besides Customer relationship across multiple industries. He has worked with world renowned organizations like NESTLE, PARLE, PEPSI, GILLETTE, RELIANCE and others. He has a vast experience of 28+ years in several countries which include B2B & B2C. Has profound knowledge of Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service, Customer Relationship and ability to inspire people to initiate action towards progress.
He has conducted 800+ Training & Motivation sessions to Educational Institutions, SMEs, Associations and Multi-national organizations in the past 2.5 decades. He has motivated and trained thousands in UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Singapore, Kenya and India. Very linguistic with ability to speak 5 Languages. He has accomplished One on One Coaching plus Mentoring to more than 600+ individuals and business owners.
Very Ambitious and successful at young age with optimistic approach in life. While working with renowned multinationals, he faced major challenges and underwent a tough patch in life. Life had many unforeseen, unpleasant and unwanted challenges in store for him which led to Broken relationship, loss of high paid job, whole body affected by Psoriasis, failure of business, finally identified with Cancer in left side of face followed by 2 major surgeries, Radiation, and Chemo.
He states “if I can come out YOU TOO CAN“. He adds that ” I was being eaten up inside and paralyzed by own thoughts, ruining physically and mentally. Thoughts inside were monstrous and self destructive than real problems of my outside world. Continuous set back grew into a FAILURE feeling. Finally I decided not to give up and fight back. With KRITA SANKALP (SELF DETERMINATION), I could turn around things leading to a very peaceful and happy life”.
As live testimony of having gone through such a bumpy life, he understands and connects well with individuals going through rough phase of life. He has expertise in helping SMEs, Business owners & Individuals to come out of their sufferings & challenges with the right solution quickly.
